Well, my beard started in high school, when it was no more than a goatee. This was only because I couldn't grow a full beard. Accompanying the goatee, however, was a nice set of sideburns. Following high school, I met the love of my life who had an obsession with bearded men. She wished for me to grown in a full beard. So I tried my hand at this. Ever since, the face has been buried in hair.

How do I feel about my beard? I feel like I am a man. Only true MEN can/do grow beards. It is a sign of true masculinity. The bigger the beard, the stronger the man. It is simple science. I feel like any man that does not have a beard is not a man, but a mere boy, a prepubescent boy at that.
