I grew my beard because I felt it was a manly thing to do. I hate shaving and frequently would be sporting several days of growth anyway. At five-six days, the itching would get me and I'd start over. Don't let the itching discourage you, as it will subside in time.

How do I feel about my beard? The first time I could really grow a beard was at about age twenty-four. Now into my thirties, it has filled out better, a late bloomer I guess. I think every man that can, should grow his beard at some point in time.
