Why did I grow my beard? I like the look. Originally grew a beard to hide my double/triple chin! When I got into fitness and running, I thought it made me look a little more bad@ss than I actually am! :-)

How: Love my beard! Not so sure about the gray/white though?
Note: I put occasional or seasonal beard grower above. This is not entirely accurate. I have had a steady beard since 2005. It is just that in the summer months, I trim it down to a mustache/goatee (trim the sideburns).
