I started shaving at fifteen, which meant my mustache grew quickly and that led to sideburns. '70s fashion led to joining them together (ugh, I know). Eventually I tried a full beard and the rest is history. Apart from a 5 year period of stress some years ago when I lost the lot, being afraid I might lose it again meant I have never shaved since.

How do I feel about my beard? I just love my beard and hope it grows old gracefully -- unlike me!
