I spent four years in high school JROTC and four years active duty with the Air Force, during which time I wasn't allowed to have any facial hair. Once I got out in 2001, I decided it was time. Since then, I have had a few beards over the years, nothing to this extent -- mostly goatees and one-to-two week beards. It has now been two months and I am liking the results so far.

How do I feel about my beard? I love it. Never had the itchy phase that everyone talks about. I live in Florida and summer is just starting. So far, it hasn't been too bad and it has been over ninety-five degrees Fahrenheit for the past few days. So ask me again in a few weeks.
