I have had at the very least, a goatee since I could grow facial hair. Up until this year, I have had a job which didn't allow full beards and I have always wanted a full beard. I finally got a new job, and have since stopped shaving (except a little on the neck). I find that it suits my personality much better.

How do I feel about my beard? I absolutely love my beard. I have had more positive feedback on it than I ever expected. Also, it has come at the same time as a major shift in my life, to quote the late great George Carlin "I feel like my thoughts began to grow, along with my beard." To any people who may be on the fence about growing a beard...DO IT!! You can always shave it off, and you may (hopefully) be pleasantly surprised.
