I grew my first beard in a contest. I kept it because I like the way it looks.

How do I feel about my beard? I like it, except for the fact that I can't connect at the mustache. I've had it growing for about seven months now with no intention to shave, but I feel as though the growth process has slowed down a little bit. I love having a beard and I would be devastated if I had to shave it off.
