Thaddaeus Bearded since: 2004. I am a dedicated, permanent beard grower. Comments: I grew my beard because it fits my personality. I think that beards imply many of the qualities that I want to project: independence, masculinity, intellect, nonconformity and wisdom, to name a few. It shows that I am comfortable with my male-ness. Besides, women love it! It's my trademark now. Although I've only had it two years, I don't really remember what I looked like without it.
