Why did I grow my beard? Tired of shaving.

How do I feel about my beard? I am going to keep it for a year. I would like to have it longer. It has been thirty-two days since I have shaved. Even though I don't like the gray, I plan on keeping it natural. I am eventually wanting three-to-four inches in length in the front and shorter on the sides so I wont have to shave the neck line.
