I grew my beard because of a drunken dare by a buddy of mine. Then, a few months later I met my wife and have a son. I have random strangers come up to me and compliment it and say they wish more men would grow the "traditional" beard.

Growing my beard was the best decision I've ever made.

How do I feel about my beard? I'm too d@mn ugly without it. I keep it year-round and have only been beardless twice since. But I grew it right back because I didn't like the draft around my chin.
