I grew my beard because throughout my childhood both my father and stepfather had beards and I feel I was always meant to have one -- that and I moved to Williamsburg, Brooklyn, which has seen a beard renaissance in the past few years.


How do I feel about my beard? Love/hate. I wish it were fuller. I have to grow it longer to mimic fullness and that causes a lot of grooming issues. But I love it 90% of the time.
