Scott B.
Bearded since: 1989. I am a dedicated, permanent beard grower.

Comments:
Why did I grow my beard? It simply started as going a couple of days without shaving. When I began to see the potential for an actual beard, I decided to give it a shot and have had one ever since.

How do you feel about your beard? Personally, I love it, even though I seem to be one of the few individuals in my life who does. Others are either indifferent over the beard or they just don't like it; very few express enthusiasm. Currently, I have it planned to where I'll leave it alone for the next eighteen months, just to see how full I can get it. I tried it before and was able to go for fourteen months, but that involved a full trim at one point, so the beard I had could have been much longer and fuller. This time, I'm bent on hitting the full eighteen months without cutting it, even though it might need some very minor 'pruning' from time to time. I'll be taking pictures periodically, in order to keep track of the progress, and will post them here. Wish me luck...
