After retiring from the Navy, where we were no longer allowed to have a beard, I decided to let it grow back and now it's part of my every day life. I also fit the life of Saint Nick.

How do I feel about my beard? I believe that everyone that has facial hair should be allowed to have a beard if they so desire and an employer should judge the person on what they can do, not on what they look like with or with out facial hair.
