Ever since 1996 (I'm thirty today) I've been growing just about every kind of beard imaginable, though this is the very first time I just let it go full out without any scissors intervening. This beard is six months old give or take one week, from fully clean shaven.

How do I feel about my beard? I recently wrote a book which is about to be published in a couple of weeks, the beard started out as a challenge (which I won) but really this has evolved into my homage to Hemingway.
