I let it grow (23 years ago) as a "holiday beard". My wife liked it and said that it suits me and looks sexy and handsome. What else does a young, healthy, and virile husband need? Who does not want to look sexy in front of your wife?

So it stayed on my face and since then I have had a beard (I am not any more so young, but otherwise...). A couple of times I have had a goatee and mustache, but usually I have a full beard and mustache.

How do I feel about my beard? My beard is a part of my body like legs, arms, hair or other body hair (I am so old fashioned, that I find it unnatural if a man shaves other body hair than hair and beard). Can´t live without my beard.

Often I have shaved me clean in the beginning of summer to get a tan and ventilate the facial skin, but it is not me without a beard. Luckily it grows back to full length in 2-3 weeks (I trim it so, that it is 1,2 - 1,8 cm long).
