Bearded since: 2006. I am an occasional or seasonal beard grower.

It started out as a beard void of a mustache. I let it grow for about two months until it was a little under two inches long and then I cut it into some intense mutton chops. There was a blizzard in Missouri, so I figured hardcore weather deserved some hardcore manly facial hair. Since then I have trimmed it multiple times into the much shorter and much less intense length it is now.

How do I feel about my beard? I would feel lost without it. Naked without it. People comment on it constantly. I can't walk through a bar without having someone want to take a picture with me. I get some strange looks every once in a while, but it is worth it.
