Bearded since: 1990. I am a dedicated, permanent beard grower.

Comments:
I grew my beard because I was losing my hair and always admired facial hair on a man, so decided to try, and found that I could grow whiskers easily. I vary between a goatee and mustache and a full set. At present I am in a fully-bearded mode and like the look. It's almost 100% silver now. I have also shaved my head for many years and find that facial hair is a great accessory to that look.

I would never be without it now.
