I started with a goatee when I was sixteen just because I thought it would look cool. Being twenty-nine now (2007), I've had hair on my face pretty much ever since. I've gone from a goatee to a goatee with mustache and gradually the sideburns got bigger and bigger. Now I've been going steady with the short trimmed goatee, mustache and sideburns for quite some time.

How do I feel about my beard? I literally feel naked without it. I shaved it off for a job interview some time back, but that was no success. If my beard is in bad shape or needs trimming, I feel bummed out. My beard has become me.
