Why did I grow my beard? First, I hated using razors because my skin is so sensitive that it used to create a huge uncomfortable feeling. Second, it marks a turning point in my life since I came to Porto to study and I always wanted to let it grow. Finally, I am also trying to break some "conformism" that there is in Portugal for shaving clean at work. I am no less professional than a shaved-face man.

How do I feel about my beard? It does create a new feeling. It simply is beautiful. Even though I am only twenty-four, it certainly puts me ahead in time. It's also like working out: it all starts from the beginning if we want the best results.
