Having a shaved head, I couldn't experiment too much with "head" hair, so I do it with the facial hair. Always had a goatee and 'stache, but when we moved to Washington a few years ago it became easier to have the full beard. Once in a while, I'll lose the 'stache and just do the Donegal, but mostly it's the full beard. And I personally think it looks pretty cool with the shaved head.

I'm pretty satisfied with it. Coming to grips with the white coming in, but overall I like it. And without having any hair on my head, the beard still shows my red-headedness, which I'm proud of.
