I never really liked my face and always felt it was too "boyish". Like most people, I experimented with a goatee at first, but it wasn't until a few years ago that I decided to go ahead and try a full beard...doing all the wrong things you mentioned on the "growing a beard" page which I am now trying to fix. I also really like facial hair. It's natural and masculine. Can't imagine my face without it.

How do I feel about my beard? Kind of fanatical....now that I've discovered this site, I am really enjoying it and have learned to just let it go. I experimented with the mutton chops but I'm now going to go ahead and go for the full beard again. Thanks for great site!
