I grew my beard because I wanted to be different and since I have a shaved and balding head, it shifts the focus from the top to a shorter distance "down the street". It makes a man look older and more distinguished. I had a brown beard at the start. I don't have that now. It has turned white.

How do I feel about my beard? It is a part of me. I want to keep a "professional" appearance, so I do keep it trimmed. I don't know if I would be daring enough to go bushy.
