I grow my beards to observe changes in my appearance. I found that a patch at the tip of my chin suits my taste the best. I've tried various styles. I cannot grow hair uniformly on my cheeks or sideburns, but the chin produces well. I have decided long ago that it will be permanent.

I feel real positive about my beard. It gives me a sense of identity now. When I shaved it off for fun, I did not recognize myself! It was as though I'd had plastic surgery. It was frightful.
