I started my first at seventeen because none of my friends could. I have stayed clean shaven most my life and now at thirty-five I am going for my first full beard.

How do I feel about my beard? It is only the first week since I dedicated myself to a full beard and I feel like some strange creature is growing on my face. This is not unpleasant, just odd.
