I grew my beard because I got tired of the ritual of circumcizing my face daily. (LOL!!)

I also figured out that the main reason guys shave is because they have fallen prey to the "Madison Ave Plots" that fund an entire industry devoted to the bastardizing of the male face.

They are so brainwashed as to believe everything the advertising barrage tells them is "the norm" and so they go along with it.

I love having a beard and am glad I am not in that poor minority that can not grow one.
