I grew my beard by accident at the age of sixteen after spending six weeks in Ecuador without having a chance to shave. Back then it was a fairly wispy and anemic creature. But I stuck with it. And since then, it has gone through many different incarnations and styles.

How do I feel about my beard? My beard exists for my own and others' amusement. I change the style every few months to keep things fresh.
