Why did I grow my beard? I decided to grow my beard during a tough time in my life. I was going through a lot of things and was trying to find myself. After relocating and shaving my head, I dedicated myself to growing a beard. I wanted to evolve from the person I was. Whether that meant to obtain a more masculine appearance, or just change my style, I felt it was something that I needed to do to move forward with my life.

How do I feel about my beard? Although I am still experimenting with the shape and length of my beard, I am very pleased with the look of it. I'm in the process of growing it longer, and thicker.
