Bearded since: 2003. I am a dedicated, permanent beard grower.

I just let it grow. I knew I wouldn't have a full beard or even a goatee, but let it grow in to see if I could work with what was there. I just trim a few whiskers under my lower lip and keep the chin part symmetrical and decided that this was my look. It's been three years now and have kept it pretty much this way the whole time.

I like it. It's different from other types of facial hair. I think other people may have a difficult time getting used to it. Its not easy to classify. Any ideas of what to call it?
