Bearded since: age sixteen. I am a dedicated, permanent beard grower.
Comments:
Why did I grow my beard? Well, because I always feel like I'm a kid, well, that I look like a kid without any hair on my face. But I think that we are all children of God. I mean, he made us. It's what He gave me and everybody else. God made me with that feature and I'm not at all ashamed, therefore, of letting out and having every bit of me be all what it is. And if it all looks SO terrible and unreal, with me, it's so bad looking like, wow, I'M the one where, you have a moustache? a beard? Wow! Terrible! I get that a lot from my parents and my siblings. I'm twenty and that's what it is. So I think that if it's so bad -- well, why did God make me with it? I mean, it's from God, it's my uniqueness. I have always had a beard, from when it all started in my life and began to show up and grow, strictly speaking, when I was fourteen. Actually, it wasn't anything then, seriously. But as caring so much about it, and noticing it so well, I could tell it was fourteen when it started. Yes, fourteen. It was very, very vague. You see nothing really. I have, in fact, shaved it all off at this time here, typing this and coming to this site. But I'm already growing it back and it's stubble right now. I intend to grow it back completely again, from here, and have it all the time again. As the matter of shaving or not, it's only strictly because my parents absolutely tell me, it's honestly...to them! It's terrible and I will honestly and seriously, very very much will look so much better. And that's happened a couple of times, where, I mean I've had it and they've made me shave it all off. But, otherwise, no, I have my beard and I don't like shaving it off, to be that I am one of the permanent beard growers, for me. So thank you.
How do I feel about my beard? I absolutely love it, I'm very proud of it. I feel it makes me look more manly, more adult looking, less kid, childish looking. I feel like I'm just naked without it.
