I always used to grow closely-trimmed Van Dyke beards (they're referred to as French beards here). This time while on vacation I kept growing it and didn't shave for almost a month.

How do I feel about my beard? I was delighted to find that I could actually grow a beard that stretched from ear to ear. Initially it looked like it might be patchy, but now it is fairly full and I trim it every fortnight.
