I grew my beard becauseI have always hated shaving. Why would nature provide me with such lovely facial hair if I wasn't meant to grow it out? Plus, living in Alaska, a beard provides a neck gaiter and a balaclava during my winter bike commutes, skiing, hiking, etc. Why wouldn't I have a beard? Anyone who can grow a beard...should grow one.

How do I feel about my beard? I love my beard. The only thing I wish for is more beard to love.
