I am a Viking. I can't help but grow a beard. Currently I'm growing a full beard; partly in protest to the hairless "ideal" and partly celebrating the fact of being man. It also looks wicked awesome with a pipe hanging from my mouth.

How do I feel about my beard? I am proud of it. Growing facial hair is a God-given talent, if you will. I like trying out different styles. So having a fast-paced growth-rate helps out with that.
