Bearded since: 2006. I am an experimental beard grower.

I grew my beard because I have always liked the look of a man with facial hair. I wasn't sure if I could grow a beard, but the website helped me wait out the first awkward weeks of growing. I am at 5 weeks so far.

I am very happy with it. I would like to find a good beard shampoo, though, to make it a bit softer.
