Bearded since: January 2008. I am an occasional or seasonal beard grower.

I grew my beard out initially because I could. I found a job where beards were allowed, but I kept it trimmed low. Earlier this year, I decided to let it grow out to see how long it could really get. I have set a target date of January 2009 to cut it off, only to grow it right back.

How do I feel about my beard? I love it...I'm a manager at my job and a lot of my employees are a lot older than me. They all think I'm older than I actually am, and for that I think I get more respect than some "baby-faced kid". Also, I've attracted quit a few females because of it.
