Working at the Home Depot, I began to experiment with my facial hair. I approached all the associates to find out who would like to participate in a beard growing contest. (I would have grown one even if no one challenged me). Alas, a fellow flooring associate took the bet. The bet (which is in writing, signed by not only us but by two witnesses) is to see who can grow their beard the longest without cutting it. Trimming of the neck and mustache is allowed to stay somewhat professional in our line of work. Sure enough we started growing. Unfortunately I was blessed with extreme hair growth and he was not. His does not grow in full like mine :). Forty-five days later I am at this stage.... also included is a photo from the first day of our bet.
