I first grew it during my sophomore year of high school to look older. I ended up keeping it for a long time. It was just a standard goatee. I shaved it off in my senior year and realized I look naked without it. I have never shaved it completely off since. I have shifted into the chin curtain look for quite some time now and am currently headed towards a full beard.

How do I feel about my beard? It's nice. I've got an array of blonde, black, brown, and red in my beard. My Scottish roots show through the red. I wish it were a little more coarse and thick and I have a hard time growing a mustache, but I'm getting there.
