Why did I grow my beard? Former goatee man, tried a beard in 1998. The beard worked for me and have been that way since.

How do I feel about my beard? I love it. I set the trimmer to around 10-11 and a bit longer during winter, but always trimmed. It's always come in thick, grows even and pretty quick. I tweak it from time to time. Once I screwed it up badly and had to shave and start over. Had a new beard in at the length I like in two weeks. The gray that's coming in now that I'm older actually makes it look better. (My wife say "distinguished"). I'll be buried with a nice neat beard.
