Why did I grow my beard? I first grew it in college just to be different than everyone else in my circle of friends.

How do I feel about my beard? I love it. I wash it with shampoo several times a week and I daily comb it out. I can't imagine life without it. Naked faces are just not for me. I have had jobs where I was forced to shave it down to just the mustache and I just never felt right. I almost felt naked without it. I will never go without it. I love it (and my wife loves it a lot, too).
