Why did I grow my beard? I'm really sick and tired of conforming to what society wants me to look like. That, plus I'm lazy and hate taking time to shave something that wants to grow so badly! This site was a source of encouragement to keep going even though everyone kept telling me to shave it!

How do I feel about my beard? I feel my beard is a work in process. There is room for improvement but I'm happy with it for now.
