I grew my beard because every man in my family has bore the beard for generations to make up for our inability to grow hair on our heads... Or because it got me into bars when I was younger and I like it, possibly both.

How do I feel about my beard? I feel warm in the winter, awkward without one, and good because my fiancee gets weirded out whenever I cut it off.
