Had a goatee since high school. I've grown it out before, but decided to go long now. Gonna let it go!

How do I feel about my beard? Being of Viking/Scottish descent, having the beard is kind of a link to the past for me. I don't want to be another Joe-Schmoe, blend-in. I like the individuality of beards/moustaches/goatees. It's a form of expression, and I'm always admiring what others do. It's like a brotherhood (laughing).
