God would not have endowed us with whiskers if he did not want us to have the full benefits of a beard. It is a shame to always cut them off. Men need a beard or they are not complete. I know very few men if any that have not at least experimented with growing a beard. This primal instinct cannot be denied.

For years I was a seasonal beard grower. I always wanted a permanent beard and it is time to quit making excuses. This one is not going away. It keeps me warm and I like the way it looks and feels.

How do I feel about my beard? I like it a lot. It gives my face the missing element that God meant to be there. In the past I would be clean shaven for several years in a row but no more. I am going to keep this beard. Besides, what is so clean about being shaven?

It is a part of me. Even when I was clean shaven I saw myself with a beard. I have had to shave it off many times in the past but this time it is staying.
