I grew all my facial hair for "No-shave November" and wanted to keep some part of it. Stumbled upon www.beards.org and found some pictures of real chin curtains, and, on the suggestion of a co-worker, decided to start working on next year's Halloween costume right away (Abe Lincoln).

How do I feel about my beard? At this birthing stage (freshly cut from pure scraggle), I very much enjoy it. I feel the addition of a defined neck line makes my beard look more clean cut and purposeful, as well as giving it a lot of taste. I can't wait to see how far I get into growing and how it turns out for Halloween next year! I will remember to post up pictures of my Abe costume for all to see on beards.org (focusing primarily on the beard, of course !)
