I grew my beard because I've always wanted a beard. I had dreams as a kid that I had a full beard. So, was the dream a foreshadow or am I fulfilling my subconscious dream? Who cares? I like it!! I'm a full-time musician. So having no boss or social work guidelines to follow makes it a little easier. I've always liked looking a little different, (not spiked purple Mohawk different), but naturally different.

How do I feel about my beard? Hmmmm, 50/50. Sometimes I love it and then I get sick of it or just want the change....or someone told me I look old! This is my fullest beard to date and I may keep it through the hot East Coast summer...that's usually when it hits the sink! I'll crank up the AC (air conditioner)!!
