I grew my beard because I love the idea of having one. I am in a profession that allows me to do so. I think a beard is a sign of manliness and patience.

How do I feel about my beard? I like my beard. I am, however, disappointed that it is not more full. I am only twenty-one, and am waiting on the areas between my chin and my upper lip to connect -- it is coming, just slowly. I think that if I keep at it, within the next couple months, I will be more satisfied with it.
